The photographer should be sent to jail for child pornography.
The words “15, topless and photo” should never appear in the same sentence. What happened to innocence? The parents “prostitute” their daughter for $$$?!?!? Shameful…
Casey - actually on Fox News - Judge Napilitano (sp?) said that the parents and photographer could have criminal charges brought against them according to California law.

Hi 15-year-old, I don’t believe that I was being a presumptive parent… actually I believe I said that I wouldn’t let my oldest daughter do such a thing.
Actually my criticism is mainly leveled at her parents and the photographer. They should know better.
You are right that people have different morals - that doesn’t make them right, however.
